Useful things to include
- Which bank a statement came from, if it would not read properly
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- Whether you were on a phone or a computer
Please do not attach a real bank statement, or send account numbers, passwords or your OpenRouter key. Nothing about your finances is needed to help you, and it is safer never to send it.
Removing your data
To have your account and household removed from the server, email from the address you signed in with and say so. Everything on your own device can be erased at any time from More → Your data.
